Down an icy road from Vail and the conference to Denver where two companies impressed me greatly. Neither paid me to write the following—in fact neither even knows I am writing the following.
Enterprise car rental at the Denver airport. I have travelled far and long in the past thirty years. Never before have I been treated so well by a rental car agency as I was treated by Enterprise at the Denver airport. They were more than courteous, more than polite, more than “interested” in my welfare. They had that rare blend of characteristics that makes for “good service.” Like good art, it is hard to define, but easy to recognize. I am impressed and recommend a study of how they do it by all service companies.
Nilex Construction. We saw their manufacturing and talked with their main engineer. Again superior customer relations and outstanding intellect.
I left Denver almost astounded by the good service and great people. To them all thanks. And to you: use them if your mine needs their services.
