A fine PowerPoint presentation is available at this link. I was privileged to be present when Bryan Farbridge, a student in the mining and mineral exploration program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) made the presentation. In the presentation he shows slides of his 2009 student work at the Hawthorn Gold’s Cassiar Gold Camp.
We cannot replicate his live presentation, but we can enjoy and benefit from his PowerPoint presentation. It’s quality and the quality of the work he did comes through. I recommend it to anyone interested in the project, in the type of work done by students, and for a general perspective on how mine exploration and development is undertaken in practice.
Clearly Bryan is an able fellow, and I bet he will go far in the mining industry. My advice is to court him and seek to get him on your team. Contact me if you need his e-mail.
